Meyer lemon fruits have a sweeter, less acidic flavor than the more common Lisbon or Eureka lemon varieties.  Our vinegar has exceptionally bright and sweet notes of lemon juice without the bitterness or peel­y flavor characteristic of most other lemon varieties.  An all around staple in the Mediterranean diet, this vinegar pairs nicely with just about any infused or mono cultivar evoo.  Our newly formulated meyer lemon white balsamic is a welcome addition and has quickly become a store favorite.
